Body Bounce Fun Park – Parental/Guardian Disclaimer.

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for the safety and
enjoyment of your child/children while using the facilities at Body Bounce Fun Park.

Assumption of Risk:
You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with the use of inflatable play equipment. These risks
include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, and other accidents that may result in injury.
You agree that your child will use the equipment in accordance with the instructions provided by staff and signage.

Parents and guardians must stay on site at all times while the children use the facilities.

Adults are not allowed on any inflatable equipment, except in the designated toddler area.

Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are permitted to use the inflatables at Body Bounce.

Children aged 2 should remain in the toddler area section of the inflatables.

Parents or guardians should be aware that the obstacle course and slides may not be suitable for 3-year-olds. If a 3-
year-old chooses to use this equipment, adults are not permitted to assist. Assistance can be provided by Body
Bounce staff or older siblings, but adults are not allowed on the equipment.

Safety Rules:

• Children must follow all instructions from staff.
• No flips or gymnastic type activities are permitted on the inflatable equipment.
• No running is allowed on site. (Hide and seek and games of tag are not permitted.)
• Children must remain inside the grassed area or on the inflatable equipment at all times and are prohibited from going behind the inflatables.
• On the slides children must slide down feet first. Not head first. Children cannot jump from the top of the slide.
• Only one person is allowed to slide down a slide at a time.
• Slides must be used as intended.
• Children must not climb on top of or outside of the inflatables.
• You agree to ensure your child adheres to these rules for the safety of all participants.
• Glasses must be removed and no mobile phones or jewellery can be taken on the inflatables.

You confirm that your child is in good health and physically able to participate in activities.

By participating in activities at the park, you agree to release Body Bounce Ltd and its employees from any
responsibility for injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
